Hi, I'm Monica Milas, and I'm a specialist in body-centered therapies and self-directed healing. In the mid-1990s I 'woke up' one day and felt deep in my bones that I was dying a slow death. I was stressed out, dissatisfied with my work, and unhappy in my relationships. My health had suffered. I wanted all this to change.
So I went on a journey of personal growth and professional training. Along the way I learned lots of body-centered tools that are easy and effective, and I continue to use the best of these to empower myself and my clients. After gradually making a series of self-honoring choices, my life is now juicy and full and my health is excellent.
I want to share with you the easiest body-centered methods that I know and that worked for me so that you can feel more energized, more alive, and move towards feeling the way you want to feel and take charge of your life..
